-All appointments must be booked through THESOLISBEAUTY.COM using the booking tab or when rebooking with me after a service. Appointments will NOT be accepted via Instagram DM or text message UNLESS you are a returning client.

-Upon booking an appointment, you will be asked to fill out consent forms for the service. Appointments will NOT be accepted without these forms.

-Upon booking, a $25 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will go towards your service.

Please be mindful and respectful of my time.

-A 10 minute grace period will be enforced with ALL appointments. If you have not arrived or will not arrive within the 10 minute grace period, your appointment will be canceled on my end, the remaining balance of the scheduled appointment will be charged to the card on file, and you will be notified via email and text message. If you do not have a card on file, you will be required to pay the remaining balance of the previous appointment before booking.

-If I am able to still accept your appointment, a NON-NEGOTIABLE $15 late fee will be added to your total.

No Shows

-If you are unable to make your appointment and do not communicate this with me within the 10 minute grace period time, your appointment will be canceled, the remaining balance of the scheduled appointment will be charged to the card on file, and you will be required to pay for your next service in FULL when booking.

-If a no-show occurs a second time, your appointment will be canceled, the remaining balance of the scheduled appointment will be charged to the card on file, and you will be unable to book any future services.

Communication is Key!

A reminder email and text is sent out 30hrs before your scheduled appointment.

-A 24hr notice is required to properly cancel/ reschedule your appointment without any additional fees. Please keep in mind, the $25 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

-If your appointment is canceled/ rescheduled within less than 24hrs, the remaining balance of the scheduled appointment will be charged to the card on file and your appointment will be canceled on my end. If you would like to schedule a new appointment, a new deposit will be required to go towards the new appointment.

-If you reschedule your appointment before the 24hr mark, you will NOT need to pay any additional fees and you will NOT need a new deposit.

-You are allowed to reschedule your booked appointment 3 times max. After the third time, if you are unable to make your scheduled service the appointment will be canceled and new deposit will be required for a new appointment.

-If you are on your period, you are still able to receive your service as long as a NEW tampon is worn.

-If you do not feel comfortable wearing a tampon, I will be more than happy to reschedule your service. RESCHEDULING POLICY STILL APPLIES.

-During this time, your body may be more sensitive than normal so it is advised to take Ibuprofen/Advil 30mins-45mins to relieve any additional pain.

To assist with my progress and content, I do take before and after photos/ videos showing the process of each session. Examples are shown on my Instagram!

-If you do not feel comfortable with being photographed or recorded, that is not a problem at all just let me know!

-All waxing session photos/videos are completely confidential.
