A valid credit card is required when signing up for the membership program. All memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

The benefits associated with the “Pamper Me” membership include one monthly treatment (Signature Glow Facial, Chemical Exfoliation Facial, OR a Back Facial) and one 10% off voucher each month for an additional service. The benefits associated with the “Spoil Me” membership include one monthly treatment (New Glow Facial, Super Glow Facial, OR a Dermaplane Facial) and one 10% off voucher each month for an additional service.

Monthly facial benefits are to be redeemed each month. Facial benefits that are not used during their respective month can rollover and be used for three months after their respective monthly charge date, as long as the member is an active member. Members are able to gift monthly facial benefits and/or Rollover benefits to friends/family as long as the service is booked by the member.

The 10% off voucher for any additional service cannot be rolled over and cannot be gifted. This voucher cannot be combined with any other promotion/offers and cannot be used towards gift certificates.

Appointments must be rescheduled/ canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service. If the appointment is rescheduled/canceled within less than 24 hours, the appointment will be considered to have been used and the available Facial Benefit or any available Rollover Benefit(s) will be redeemed. If a Facial Benefit or Rollover Benefit is not available, members will be charged 50% of the regular price of the scheduled treatment.

If a member arrives late to the scheduled appointment and The Solis Beauty is unable to accommodate, the late rescheduling policy will still apply.

If a member arrives late the scheduled service and The Solis Beauty is able to accommodate, an additional $15 late fee will be applied at checkout.

A six month commitment is required when signing up. Members who cancel before six months must pay a fee based on the remaining months. Memberships may be canceled at any time within 30 days after the six month minimum term via email to thesolisbeauty@gmail.com . Upon cancellation of a membership, members will no longer be entitled to use the Monthly Facial Benefits, including redemption of unredeemed services and Rollover Benefits

Memberships may be paused for up to three months total per calendar year. During a paused membership, benefits may not be used, including rollovers and special member savings or offers. If there are any active Rollover Benefits, these may possibly expire during the time of the paused membership.

The Solis Beauty reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Facial Membership Program upon advance prior written notice to its members and to cancel membership at any time.
